Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

The role

Nebius is launching a new vertical focused on serving the Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry — from studios and streaming platforms to gaming companies, ad agencies and VFX houses. We’re looking for a GTM leader to build this vertical from scratch: define use cases, land lighthouse customers and scale go-to-market partnerships.

From generative AI in creative workflows to intelligent video processing and speech pipelines, this role combines storytelling, infrastructure and strategic execution.

You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States of America.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead GTM strategy and execution

  • Identify the highest-impact AI use cases across M&E segments
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing to craft segment-specific messaging, pricing and campaign strategy.
  • Run early customer discovery loops and use insights to drive rapid iteration.

Win early media customers

  • Lead customer acquisition efforts in verticals such as streaming, post-production, gaming and digital publishing.
  • Own the full sales cycle for initial use cases: internal agents, video clipping AI, metadata enrichment, dubbing automation.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to close lighthouse accounts and design scalable commercial motions.

Build strategic partnerships

  • Engage with NVIDIA’s Media team and Omniverse ecosystem to co-create solutions for GPU-intensive media workflows.
  • Explore partnerships with creative SaaS vendors, studio platforms and VFX enablers.
  • Work with Marketing and Alliances to convert partnerships into GTM advantage.

Represent Nebius in the creative ecosystem

  • Act as an evangelist at media and creator events (e.g., NAB, SIGGRAPH, IBC, GDC).
  • Publish thought leadership on topics like GenAI in media, intelligent editing and infrastructure for real-time creative pipelines.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to build community awareness and drive top-of-funnel traction.

Understand infrastructure and media compliance needs

  • Understand GPU infrastructure requirements for real-time media workloads, latency-sensitive use cases, and integration with existing MAM/VFX tools.
  • Collaborate with Security and Engineering to align solutions with creative studio data workflows, performance benchmarks, and compliance requirements (e.g., watermarking, DRM, latency SLAs).

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in GTM, BD or sales roles in media tech, cloud/AI infrastructure or creative SaaS
  • Experience launching products or verticals from scratch (0 to 1)
  • Familiarity with modern AI use cases in media: GenAI, video understanding, audio/NLP pipelines, asset automation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate across creative and technical stakeholders

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Background in film/TV production, game development or VFX/post workflows
  • Experience working with NVIDIA (Omniverse, RTX, NeMo, Riva) or GPU-accelerated render pipelines
  • Network in media innovation, studio tech teams or creative tech communities

Key Employee Benefits in the US:

  • Health Insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • 401(k) Plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
  • Parental Leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote Work Reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Disability & Life Insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term, and life insurance coverage.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
  • Hybrid working arrangements.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.

We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us!
