Meet Benevity

The world’s coolest companies (and their employees) use Benevity’s technology to take social action on the issues they care about. Through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups and micro-actions, we help most of the Fortune 100 brands build better cultures and use their power for good. We’re also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we’re as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, the United States and more!

We’re looking for a GTM Enablement Advisor to deliver impactful, practical skill development for our Sales and Client Success teams. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who brings both sales enablement and frontline selling experience—and is passionate about coaching others to perform at their best.

You’ll design and deliver onboarding, workshops, and coaching experiences that drive confidence, consistency, and results. You’ll also collaborate across functions to document internal sales processes and messaging so reps can execute with clarity and confidence.

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate New Hire Onboarding: Deliver engaging onboarding experiences that ramp new sales hires quickly and effectively
  • Run Skill Development Workshops: Design and lead interactive sessions focused on core selling skills like discovery, demo, objection handling, and closing
  • Coach via Role Plays & Gong: Conduct structured role plays and use Gong to deliver timely, actionable call coaching—partnering with frontline managers where needed
  • Document Sales Resources: Collaborate with sales leaders, RevOps, and marketing to build and maintain internal resources like talk tracks, messaging frameworks, and sales process docs
  • Support GTM Alignment: Ensure enablement initiatives are aligned with broader sales, marketing, and client success strategies

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years of combined experience in sales enablement and B2B sales roles (e.g., AE, BDR, CS)
  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading live sessions, workshops, and role plays
  • Ability to translate selling experience into enablement programs that resonate with reps
  • Familiarity with Gong (or a similar tool) and experience providing call coaching
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills for documentation and process alignment
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across functions
  • Bonus: Sandler Sales Certification or working knowledge of Sandler methodology
