- Develop SEO and AI search optimisation (AEO) strategies to strengthen digital presence.
- Analyse website traffic, audience behaviour, and campaign performance to identify opportunities.
- Support community growth and engagement across relevant online platforms.
- Develop and test growth initiatives, including content, campaigns, and audience-building strategies.
- Support paid marketing initiatives where relevant and recommend optimisation opportunities.
- Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, SEO, conversion optimisation, or audience growth.
- Proven experience developing and executing growth strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, website optimisation, and digital funnels.
- Experience using data to identify opportunities and measure performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
