We’re hiring a Growth Product Designer to help shape how users discover, engage with, and fall in love with Pixieset. You’ll join our Growth Team—a cross-functional group focused on crafting a seamless user journey through rapid experimentation. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both Product and Marketing stakeholders to conceptualize and prototype new product features, experiments, web assets, and marketing creative. You’ll join a talented team of growth-minded experts who are passionate about delivering beautiful, high-impact experiences that drive results.

Your Impact

  • Collaborate with Product to design innovative features and experiments across onboarding, signup, activation, engagement, and retention
  • Partner with Marketing to create assets and visuals that support growth campaigns and marketing channels
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate concepts and interactions
  • Analyze user journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
  • Apply strategic thinking to develop product experiences that feel seamless, simple, and user-centered
  • Maintain and evolve a flexible design system to support rapid iteration and experimentation across Growth Team initiatives

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in design roles, combining product and marketing/visual design
  • Experience in SaaS, product-led growth, e-commerce, or self-serve product environments
  • Hands-on experience designing for key moments in the user journey—including onboarding, activation, sign-up, payment, and checkout
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both product and marketing/visual design work
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong business-sense, user-centered design principles, and design thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a high-level of attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Familiarity with growth experimentation methods such as A/B testing, data-informed iteration, and rapid prototyping is a strong asset

The typical salary range for this position is CAD $67,450 - $114,450 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
