Ready to make a real impact on global health and wellness care?
Practice Better is an all-in-one platform helping health and wellness practitioners run their businesses, care for their clients, and scale their impact. Founded by practitioners in 2016, we’re now the leading EHR and practice management platform in the wellness industry, trusted by tens of thousands of practitioners across 70+ countries.
In 2023, we expanded our whole-practice care offering through the acquisition of That Clean Life, bringing nutrition planning into our platform.
We’re a remote-first team headquartered in Toronto, made up of curious, driven, and empathetic people building tools that help practitioners create sustainable, independent practices; and do the most meaningful work of their careers. While most of our work happens remotely, we come together regularly for off-sites and team events to stay connected and build together.
We're seeking a Growth Ops Manager with strong Performance Marketing ops expertise to build the analytical and operational foundation for our acquisition engine—Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales—optimizing for activation and retention quality, not just volume. This role requires expertise in multi-channel attribution, marketing analytics, and campaign operations, with the opportunity to build sales CRM infrastructure and pipeline operations from the ground up.
This is a perfect role for someone who loves turning complex marketing and sales data into insights, building attribution models that actually work, and creating scalable operational systems for growth teams.
Note: Practice Better is a remote-first company with team members across North America. However, this particular role is currently open to Canadian-based candidates only, and preference will be given to applicants legally authorized to work in Canada.
What You’ll Be DoingGrowth Analytics & Attribution
- Partner with the data team to design multi-channel attribution frameworks; implement these frameworks, providing clear ROI visibility across paid, organic, and outbound channels
- Own measurement and reporting of key growth metrics: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline velocity, ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, channel performance
- Build dashboards in Sigma answering the questions Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales ask daily
- Conduct funnel analyses incorporating downstream metrics (trial-to-paid, LTV, activation) to optimize channels based on retained, high-value customers—not just trial volume
- Create cohort analyses showing which acquisition sources produce customers who stick around and expand
- Design A/B testing frameworks and provide statistical analysis on experiments
- Leverage AI agents to accelerate model development and pattern exploration; validate and refine outputs
Sales & Marketing Operations
- Configure and optimize Hubspot CRM for our outbound sales motion
- Build sales pipeline dashboards with forecasting and rep performance tracking
- Implement and optimize lead scoring, routing, and assignment workflows; define MQL/SQL definitions and sales handoffs
- Build operational frameworks enabling Performance Marketing campaign execution and tracking
- Build and maintain customer data signals (conversion values, audience segments, lookalike audiences) feeding into advertising platforms to optimize algorithmic bidding
- Own tagging frameworks ensuring clean, consistent data capture across all channels
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize Growth tools (Hubspot, advertising platforms, analytics tools)
- Partner with Customer Lifecycle Ops Manager on UTM taxonomy and acquisition-to-customer handoffs
- 4-6+ years in Marketing Operations, Demand Gen Ops, Growth Ops, or Marketing Analytics within B2B SaaS
- Proficient SQL skills for funnel analysis, campaign analysis, and data exploration—you're self-sufficient for most analytical needs
- Strong BI/data visualization (Sigma, Looker, Tableau)—you build dashboards people actually use
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM) for both marketing automation and sales operations
- Experience building or implementing attribution models and optimizing marketing channel performance
- Deep understanding of acquisition metrics (MQL, SQL, CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity) and activation metrics (TTV, feature adoption)
- AI-comfortable: You see AI as leverage for routine analysis and exploration; know when to validate versus trust
- Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and web analytics
- You're a doer AND a thinker—when you identify broken lead routing, you design better logic AND implement it in Hubspot
- You're deeply curious about how customers find us, what makes them convert, and how to optimize every step
- You won't accept 'the data says X' without understanding why. When something looks odd, you investigate until it makes sense
- You love building infrastructure—you get excited when someone says "we don't have visibility into X yet"
- You're AI-forward—you embrace AI as leverage, not a threat
