Associate Affiliate Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Associate Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in managing relationships with our affiliate partners, help drive user acquisition, and support the execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of affiliate marketing, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • North Star Objectives

    • Champion Kikoff’s products and services and become a point of contact for our active partners

    • Heavily contribute to Kikoff’s ambitious new user acquisition goals through support of account management, up/cross selling, and optimizations

    • Consistently overachieve monthly acquisition goals and grow your career as a contributing member of Kikoff

  • Affiliate Relationship Management:

    • Manage communication with assigned mid-tier affiliate partners, helping to maintain & grow strong and collaborative relationships

    • Provide timely support to affiliate partners by addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and helping resolve any issues

    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotions, and goals

  • Campaign Management and Optimization:

    • Support the development and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions

    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

    • Assist in preparing regular reports on campaign performance and providing insights to internal teams and affiliate partners

  • Performance Analysis:

    • Track key affiliate performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue

    • Assist in compiling and analyzing performance data to inform optimization strategies and improve campaign results

    • Contribute to data-driven recommendations for affiliate partners to enhance their performance

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a related role

  • Foundational understanding of affiliate marketing and account management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with affiliate partners

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in affiliate marketing and partnerships

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools (e.g., Impact Radius, CJ) is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations

💰 US salary range for this full-time position consists of base + equity + benefits

Compensation Range: $85K - $135K
