ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re hiring an Growth Lead to own how Spellbook generates and scales enterprise pipelines, designing programs that reach the right buyers, create urgency, and translate directly into revenue.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll build account-focused campaigns that work across email, events, content, paid media, and outbound, while partnering closely with Sales to make sure marketing activity turns into meetings, opportunities, and closed deals.
This is an ideal role for someone who has built demand gen programs that move enterprise buyers, knows how to work hand-in-hand with sales, and wants to own a pipeline and revenue number.
RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute demand generation strategies focused on enterprise accounts across legal departments, procurement teams, and law firms
Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid media, content, and outbound support
Create and scale ABM programs targeting strategic accounts
Partner with Account Executives and SDRs to align on target account strategy and build campaigns that support strategic opportunities and expansion efforts
Launch executive roundtables, customer events, and webinar programs designed to generate qualified meetings
Develop nurture programs tailored to enterprise buying committees
Run experiments to improve engagement, meeting generation, and pipeline creation
Improve marketing automation and campaign operations
Help define scalable demand gen processes as Spellbook grows
Support with other responsibilities and projects as required
4–8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets and delivering measurable results against enterprise or mid-market sales motions
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics
Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, especially with Sales
Experience marketing to legal, compliance, procurement, or professional services buyers is a plus

Our Compensation PhilosophySpellbook uses industry benchmark data to establish compensation bands for all roles. The salary range listed for a position reflects the expected total wage range for the role—including base salary and on-target commissions, where applicable—and may span multiple career levels. Final compensation is determined during the interview process based on factors such as experience, skills, scope, and role level. In addition to base salary and applicable commissions, total rewards may include equity, health and wellness benefits, and other company programs.
