About FLiiP:

FLiiP is revolutionizing fitness business management through our all-in-one SaaS platform. We serve commercial gyms and multi-location fitness operators with a powerful suite of tools that streamline operations, centralize communication, and improve member retention. With over $4M CAD in seed funding and a 4x growth target in less than two years, we’re scaling fast across North America.

At FLiiP, we embrace the new era of AI and automation. We’re not just adopting tools, we’re building a culture of 10x execution. We experiment constantly to leapfrog bottlenecks, streamline manual workflows, and focus our time on what drives outcomes. Whether it’s AI agents, enrichment tools, or no-code automations, we’re always seeking new ways to deliver more value to our customers with less overhead.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Growth & GTM AI Manager, a hands-on growth operator who combines inbound and outbound strategy with technical execution. This role is built for someone who thrives on rapid experimentation, automating systems, and scaling results using AI-native tools. You’ll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to architect, test, and refine full-funnel GTM programs, balancing paid media, outbound campaigns, and lifecycle workflows to drive predictable pipeline and revenue growth.

This is a 100% remote role, based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run End-to-End Growth Experiments: Design, launch, and iterate growth experiments across paid, organic, outbound, and lifecycle channels. Apply structured frameworks and strong measurement to prioritize what scales.
  • Balance Inbound & Outbound GTM: Launch integrated campaigns that generate demand through both inbound (ads, content, lifecycle) and outbound (email, LinkedIn, enrichment) channels.
  • Leverage the Modern GTM Stack: Build and scale workflows using tools such as Clay, Apollo, Hex, Taplio, Instantly, Lavender, Bardeen, Zapier, Make, and workflow automation platforms like n8n. These are examples—not our fixed stack.
  • Experiment with AI Agents: Pilot and test AI agents for lead generation, outreach, enrichment, support, or reporting tasks to augment your own productivity and enable the team.
  • Paid Media Execution: Own performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. Optimize creative, messaging, and targeting for CAC, CTR, and ROI.
  • Account-Based Targeting: Support outbound sales through enrichment, targeting, and 1:1 campaigns focused on our ICP (multi-location gym operators in the U.S. and Canada).
  • Lifecycle & CRM Programs: Automate lifecycle marketing workflows from onboarding to retention using triggers, segments, and CRM integration.
  • Analytics & Attribution: Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, and Looker Studio to analyze funnel performance, attribution, and campaign ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with sales, product, and RevOps teams to ensure campaign alignment and impact on revenue goals.

Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing—ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
  • Strong track record of designing and running growth experiments with measurable results, using clear frameworks and testing methodologies.
  • Deep familiarity with the modern GTM tool landscape (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Taplio, Instantly, Zapier, Make, n8n, Hex, Lavender, etc.)—and a strong ability to evaluate, test, and integrate tools.
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound marketing campaigns and ABM strategies to support pipeline growth.
  • Strong data skills with the ability to run attribution analysis and report on impact using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio).
  • Strong messaging and copywriting instincts for both ads and outbound sequences.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environment with lean resources.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or SMB tech space.
  • Familiarity with RevOps tools and processes.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package
  • 100% remote-first work (Canada-based role)
  • Health & Insurance Benefits: FLiiP covers 50% of group plan premiums
  • A fast-moving, execution-first culture where experiments are welcomed and speed is celebrated
  • A high-leverage role with full ownership of your stack, strategy, and roadmap
  • A tight-knit team, direct collaboration with executive leadership, and the chance to shape a category-defining product

If you’re an AI-native growth operator ready to build and scale with leverage, we want to hear from you! 🚀
