Role Summary

The Growth Coordinator works directly with the CEO to design, execute, and refine growth strategies that drive revenue, partnerships, and long-term market positioning. This is a highly visible, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will help turn ideas into action, data into insight, and relationships into growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, organized, and energized by building systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth Execution

  • Partner closely with the CEO to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company priorities.
  • Translate high-level growth ideas into clear plans, timelines, and execution steps.
  • Research new markets, service lines, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
  • Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Business Development Operations

  • Support outbound and inbound business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate prospecting efforts, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare briefs, proposals, pitch decks, and strategic materials.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and reporting.

Partnerships & Relationships

  • Support development and management of strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and relationship tracking.
  • Help identify referral, alliance, and ecosystem opportunities.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs related to growth, pipeline, and conversion.
  • Prepare regular summaries and insights for the CEO.
  • Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with marketing, operations, and leadership to align growth initiatives.
  • Ensure business development efforts are operationally realistic and scalable.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear, well-executed growth initiatives moving from idea to action.
  • A visible, organized, and reliable business development pipeline.
  • Strong strategic support that allows the CEO to focus on high-leverage decisions.
  • Increasing clarity around where the company should say yes, no, or not yet.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience in business development, strategy, operations, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM systems and basic reporting.
  • Curious, proactive, and growth-oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with EOS or similar operating systems.
  • Experience supporting executives or founders.
