The role:

As a Growth Account Executive you will manage the full sales cycle for accounts within the 1,000-5,000 user space, with a focus on hunting and acquiring new clients, while continuing to own, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals for clients and the ability to expand accounts. Responsible for independently developing relationships with new mid-market clients and delivering tailored solutions to drive revenue.

What you will do…

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the 1,000–5,000 users range across the assigned region; independently and cooperatively.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to convert prospects into long-term customers, leveraging a consultative approach to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiating contracts, addressing objections, and ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of sales activities.
  • Understand the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine how to best position Armis.
  • Collaborate with operative peers across functions (including the Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of target prospects at both the individual contributor and executive level.
  • Responsible for attending Security Conference/Regional Events in person and on-site customer visits
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management: resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.


What we expect…

  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology sales, with a proven track record in the mid-market segment (1,000 – 5,000 users).
  • Strong experience in consultative selling, prospecting, and cold-calling, with a deep understanding of sales cycles and the ability to drive complex deals to closure.
  • Sales methodology training like MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Solution Selling, etc preferred
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
  • Referenceable customer and partner contacts within your specified geographic territory

Salary range guidance for this position is: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
