About the Role & Team

ESPN Bet, theScore, iCasino, and Penn Play is looking for Graphic Designers across all levels.
As a Graphic Designer on the Product Design team at Penn Entertainment, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aspects of our digital products. This position involves a dynamic blend of creativity and collaboration, where you will work closely with not only UX/UI designers but also, research, marketing, and motion graphics teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience across all platforms.

About the Work

  • Design and develop visual elements that align with ESPN Bet’s branding and user interface needs, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to integrate graphic design into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure that the visual design supports promotional campaigns and aligns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Work alongside motion graphics designers to create fluid, eye-catching graphics that enhance interactivity and user engagement on digital platforms.
  • reate compelling graphics, icons, and visual layouts for mobile and web applications, focusing on enhancing usability and aesthetic appeal.
  • Demonstrate talent in logo design, branding, hand lettering, illustrations, and/or photo editing to enrich visual content and brand identity.
  • Participate in the ideation and design phases of product and campaign development, providing creative input to ensure that final products engage and delight users.
  • Ensure consistency of graphical elements across all user touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies in the sports and sports betting industry to bring innovative ideas into product designs.
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines and collaborate with other team members to meet project goals.

About You

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a product design or marketing environment..
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of proficiency in graphic design, particularly within digital products.
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
  • Proven skills in creating logos, hand lettering, illustrations, as well as photo editing and manipulation.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory, as well as user-centered design practices.
  • A passion for sports and gaming, with an understanding of what engages sports enthusiasts and bettors.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with design teams, marketing teams, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
