Job Responsibilities 

  • Supports creative team in assigned project‐based work.

  • Oversee contract designers and facilitate the proofing of webinars, web content, surveys, nurtures, newsletters, wireframes, presentations and PPC collateral.

  • Strong grasp of typography, composition, messaging hierarchy and balance.

  • Create attractive and effective marketing assets including but not limited to digital design, brochures, infographics, white papers, newsletters, tradeshow collateral, custom booths, direct mailers, ads and more.

  • Ability to transition seamlessly between multiple projects at a time with high attention to detail and strong communication skills.

  • Prepare files for production and work with various external printers to ensure quality production.

  • Collaborate effectively with marketing team members and other stakeholders.

  • Create, modify and format statistical graphs, charts & tables, and other analytical data to be presented in various presentation formats.

  • Leverage current content to create different pieces for multi-channel distribution.

  • Ability to adhere to style guidelines on all creative pieces to safeguard the integrity of Armanino’s brand.

  • Remain abreast of new technology and innovations and identify areas of use in the organization; commitment to evolve skills with changing needs.

  • Create, edit and polish PowerPoint presentations as needed.

  • Work with outside agencies, when necessary.

 
Requirements 

  • College degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or other related field, or three years of relevant marketing experience in a corporate environment

  • Minimum 2 years of Graphic Design experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal communications skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on urgency/deadlines

  • Excellent organizational, execution and project management capabilities with keen attention to detail

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment

  • Strong knowledge of digital design and production

  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); and desire to learn additional software’s within the Creative Suite when necessary.

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 

  • Knowledge of video/audio editing and motion graphic design experience is a plus

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $70,000CAD - $100,000CAD. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
