The Graphic Designer will define and evolve Moment Factory's visual branding, create visual identities, and collaborate with teams to enhance multimedia experiences.

YOUR TEAM
Joining the Originals team means exploring new forms of multimedia experiences in unique locations and contributing to the creation of innovative entertainment models deployed around the world. You will take part in bringing immersive experiences to market by helping shape their branding, storytelling, and public rollout—such as the magical Lumina night walks, Aura installations, and many more! The team transforms sites into long-lasting, one-of-a-kind experiences that have a meaningful impact on visitors. Together, you'll help create iconic destinations that not only attract audiences and enhance the spaces they inhabit, but also generate media attention and economic benefits.
YOUR MISSION
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in defining and evolving the visual world of Moment Factory’s Originals brands. Both creative and strategic, this person is responsible for developing visual concepts that are cohesive, innovative, and impactful, in close alignment with the brand strategy of each sub-brand and Moment Factory overall.
They design strong visual identities, develop artistic directions for various brands, and ensure the overall coherence of creative output in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. As a reference for creative vision, they also contribute to the evolution of our working methods, including the integration of new approaches and technologies such as artificial intelligence.
They are accountable for the artistic and technical quality of the projects entrusted to them and support the brand lead in supervising the other designers involved.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define the creative vision of a brand or project in alignment with strategic objectives and positioning.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of the artistic direction of the brands by guiding and mentoring designers (graphic, motion, visual designers, illustrators).
- Support the development of Moment Factory’s visual identity by working with the communications team and contributing to key decisions that ensure brand consistency.
- Design visual identities and creative concepts (logos, web mockups, promotional materials, illustrations, brand guidelines) for both print and digital platforms.
- Adapt concepts across various formats (OOH, promotional items, layouts).
- Contribute to the creation of animated content in collaboration with motion designers.
- Select and retouch photos with a critical eye (photo retouching is considered an asset).
- Conduct visual, typographic, and graphic trend research.
- Translate user research findings and strategic directions into impactful visual solutions tailored to the target audience.
- Ensure the visual quality, brand consistency, and strategic alignment of all deliverables.
- Contribute to optimizing the creative process by helping improve internal tools, production workflows, and the organization of deliverables on shared servers.
YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES
- Vocational or university degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Experience in marketing communications and a strong sensitivity to brand positioning.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in design, marketing, or within an agency.
- Experience in photo retouching is an asset.
- Experience in UX/UI is an asset.
- Professional working proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
