Enverus is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will work directly under the Art Director and alongside several fellow star designers to support our global marketing and product efforts. In this role you'll be touching everything from high-stakes event booth art to sleek digital ads and dynamic motion graphics in addition to designing templated systems that fuel a self-serve asset creation system for marketers
Performance Objectives
• Digital Advertising: Design high-performing static and animated digital ads (display, social, and web) that align with the Enverus brand. • Motion Graphics: Assist in the production of product and event videos, incorporating motion design to bring our software solutions to life. • Event & Experiential: Design large-scale environmental graphics for event booths and physical marketing collateral. • Presentation Design: Transform complex data and ideas into polished, professional PowerPoint presentations for executive and sales use. • Template Engineering: Using any tools available to develop templated systems that allow marketers to "self-serve", creating on-brand assets as they need. • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all assets are consistent with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Competitive Candidate Profile
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• The Toolkit: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, after Effects, and Premiere) as well as Figma is a must. • The Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic, a solid grasp of typography, and a mix of digital and static work. • Slide Savvy: Surprisingly good at PowerPoint. You understand that a deck is a design canvas, not just a place for bullet points. • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced software environment. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent agency experience). • Soft Skills: Comfortable working with a large marketing team consisting of a wide variety of personalities and backgrounds.
