ABOUT OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

At Herschel Supply, our summer internship program is designed to provide an engaging and enriching learning experience for students looking to kickstart careers in our industry. As an intern, you’ll have the chance to explore the inner workings of a global lifestyle brand while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment. Through meaningful projects and mentorship opportunities, you’ll develop practical skills, expand your knowledge, and gain valuable insights into the industry.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

Our Summer 2025 Graphic Design Intern will report directly to the Senior Graphic Designer, gaining exposure to both print and digital design. You will experience the full creative process of an in-house creative department working alongside designers and copywriters. We pride ourselves on being a collaborative team and our workplace is dynamic, supportive, and entrepreneurial in spirit.

We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about developing their skills in different graphic design mediums. You will be with us during a busy campaign season, where you will support the execution of assets and have the opportunity to learn about creative strategy, answering creative briefs, designing for different channels, and experience being on set for photoshoots.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the development of digital campaign assets for web, email, paid advertising and organic social channels.
  • Supporting the development of print campaign assets for retail and events.
  • Supporting the development of product packaging.
  • Image editing and resizing.
  • Repurposing design assets for our wholesale partners.
  • Supporting the graphic design team with administrative duties as required—including organizing files in the design server, exporting and printing assets, etc.

ABOUT YOU

  • Passion for graphic design, with a strong preference for an individual interested in the fashion, travel and lifestyle spaces.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to collaborate with a team, and convey ideas effectively.
  • Currently studying towards a degree in graphic design, art & design, or similar, at a Canadian school is essential.
  • Competence in design software such as Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work on a variety of projects at once.

  • Location: Herschel Supply Headquarters - Vancouver, BC
  • Dates: May - August 2025 (must be available to work full-time for the duration)
  • Hourly Wage: $17.40 per hour
