The Role.
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Account Executive to own our growth with global fruit producers - think apples, pears, and vineyards. 

You’ll bring curiosity, hustle, and credibility to every conversation. This role blends enterprise selling with boots-on-the-ground ag, where your week might include a strategy call with a fruit marketer on Monday and a vineyard demo in the south of France on Friday.

Your mission: turn Vivid’s cutting-edge tech into grower success stories.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive full-cycle sales - from outreach and demos to negotiation and close
  • Manage and expand key grower, packer, and distributor relationships
  • Work closely with our Customer Success and Product teams to ensure adoption and measurable ROI
  • Represent Vivid at field demos, events, and industry expos around the world
  • Build the European pipeline, forecast accurately, and hit ambitious growth targets
  • Gather market feedback to guide product and expansion strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 - 5 years of B2B sales experience (agtech, precision ag, or adjacent industries preferred)
  • Fluency in English; bilingual in one of French, Spanish, German, Dutch or Italian
  • Strong mix of relationship and technical selling - you can talk ROI and row spacing
  • Experience selling to growers, cooperatives, or ag equipment companies
  • Excited to spend time in the field at orchards and vineyards (literally)
  • Love to travel (approx. 25% of the time), all costs covered
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, grounded, and unafraid to get your boots dirty
  • A team player; bonus points if you’ve played sports or other team-based activities
