Creates the Project Plan required to deliver the required project scope. Leads the implementation resources assigned to the projects being managed. Handles primary customer communications. Coordinates HQ interactions with projects being managed. Coordinates with 3rd parties like contractors or providers. Manages evolution of project scope, implementing the RFC process with the customer. Provides timely and accurate information for management. Makes sure the projects are implemented with the required quality and within time and cost budgets.
