Híbrido: Esta posição não exige que o empregado esteja em tempo integral (segunda e sexta-feira em Home Office e os outros dias de trabalho presencial).
O Gerente de Melhores Práticas - GA será responsável por liderar a implementação e sustentação de iniciativas de excelência operacional no General Assembly das fábricas, promovendo a cultura Lean e assegurando a melhoria contínua dos processos produtivos. Atuará de forma colaborativa com times multifuncionais para identificar e eliminar desperdícios, aumentar a produtividade e garantir a entrega de resultados sustentáveis nas operações industriais com visão de benchmark nos processos.
O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)

  • Definir headcount ideal para as operações de general Assembly


  • Desenvolver e sustentar a cultura Lean (GMS) por meio de treinamentos, workshops, gemba walks e coaching dos times operacionais e de liderança.


  • Gerenciar o roadmap de melhoria contínua, priorizando projetos com alto impacto em custo, qualidade, segurança e produtividade (automação, PFES)


  • Definir benchmarks de performance para o General Assembly, com base em melhores práticas internas e externas.


  • Gerar e estruturar ideias de otimização de custos com base no modelo ZBB (Zero-Based Budgeting) , desafiando continuamente os padrões estabelecidos.


  • Monitorar KPIs e liderar rituais de gestão para assegurar o progresso dos resultados de excelência operacional.


  • Trabalhar em parceria com áreas como Produção, Qualidade, Engenharia, Manutenção e Supply Chain para garantir a integração das iniciativas Lean.


  • Garantir a padronização e disseminação das melhores práticas entre áreas e plantas.

Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias)

  • Superior completo em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.


  • Experiência consolidada em manufatura na área de General Assembly, com forte atuação em projetos de melhoria contínua e liderança de times multifuncionais.


  • Domínio de metodologias Lean (GMS), Six Sigma, TPM, WCM ou similares.


  • Conhecimento e experiência em iniciativas de benchmarking operacional , especialmente em General Assembly.


  • Familiaridade com o conceito e aplicação de Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) .


  • Habilidade analítica e foco em resultados.


  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, influência e gestão de mudanças.


  • Inglês Avançado
