Direct-to-consumer functionally is a key business function within the day-to-day business in our Industry. As SAP S4 Functional. you are a key part of a team that conducts the design and deployment of SAP S4 Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP CAR (POSDTA / OAA / OPPS/ AMR) solutions by supporting projects and operational teams in aligning business needs with module and solution functions. You will operate closely with business counterparts to design and create SAP solutions which will enable and improve business processes to facilitate business goals and strategies.

The ERP and Business Applications department is comprised of a team of technical professionals and subject matter experts who know and understand the tools that we use to support the business. We strategically define business cases, prioritize projects, and deliver ERP and Commercial projects, ensuring that dependencies are mapped out and sequenced to deliver the overall IS Roadmap. Together, we host, manage, and improve a range of technical tools for all aspects of design, business, finance, logistics, global sales, and many other heroes within the organization.
If you were the Functional Consultant, Omnichannel, now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Facilitating the implementation, enhancement and support of SAP S4 SD, CAR and associated modules supporting the Company’s business requirements, while maintaining a high degree of stakeholders’ satisfaction.
- Coordinating and execute Change Requests from Process design through Functional Specifications and Implementation, including coordination of resource partners for end-to-end process coverage.
- Maintaining ongoing collaboration with business stakeholders and peers to gather and interpret user/system requirements, pain points and process issues. Develop and maintain prioritization of change requests.
- Leading stakeholders in detailed business process blueprint activities to create blueprints and use cases/user stories.
- Preparing detailed functional specifications for development activities including workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
- Executing unit testing, functional testing, and system integration testing is completed to standards.
- Ensuring 2nd/3rd level support and liaising with key users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participating in the development and review of training materials, and taking part in training delivery where required for new releases of SAP or in cases of changes and enhancements in SAP functionality
- Maintaining updated knowledge on SAP best-practices, roadmap and technologies to provide informed architectural and design decisions.

- Partnering with Retail, E-commerce and Guest service leaders in Technology to deliver highly cross functional projects
- Working with internal and external partners to deliver new commercial solutions for business
- Solving complex problems with peers in SAP to meet continuing developing business needs.
- Looking for ways to automate and reduce non value added tasks
- Partnering with our Commercial business team and Omnichannel team to produce results
Are you our next Functional Consultant, Omnichannel?
- You have a relevant university degree or technical diploma and a minimum of 7 year’s related experience in SAP System development and sustainment. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
- You have extensive knowledge of omnichannel business processes, ideally in the world of retail, wholesale, fashion, footwear or similar
- You have a background in implementing S4 and/or SAP FMS, SAP AFS.
- You have 5+ years of experience in SAP SD, CAR (POSDTA, OAA, OPPS) implementation and sustainment.
- You have experience with implementing Advanced Available-to-Promise (BOP, Arun, Product Allocation – PAL, Supply Protection)
- You are an excellent collaborator while also able to work effectively with a team
- You are adaptable and forward thinking
- You are able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to travel internationally as required
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
