As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will develop scalable solutions, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to architectural decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and uphold coding best practices. Writing clean, maintainable code with a focus on observability, you’ll balance speed and quality to deliver impactful solutions. Strong communication and ownership are key, ensuring timely updates and end-to-end project execution. With a growth mindset, you’ll stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine your skills.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build a robust marketing platform that reaches the right audience anywhere, anytime.
- Build, maintain, and enhance high-visualisation analytics dashboards.
- Develop performant and robust UIs using commercial and open-source frameworks.
- Collaborate with and explain complex technical issues to your technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimise and enhance existing services and products.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of Javascript and React.js development experience, including asynchronous programming and state management.
- 3+ years of Typescript development experience, including Typescript in a NodeJS server environment.
- 3+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including layouts, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and high-visualisation charting APIs.
- Familiarity with writing effective unit and functional tests in an automated environment.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL)
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools
- Experience with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
