About the Role:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance applications across the entire stack. You will work on new features, optimize existing code, and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Development
Independently design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack features.
Work closely with product teams to refine user stories and technical feasibility.
Optimize API endpoints and frontend components for better UX and performance.
Code Quality & Maintainability
Maintain clean, modular, and testable code.
Actively contribute to code reviews, helping improve team code quality.
Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure software reliability.
System Performance & Scalability
Optimize database queries and API response times.
Improve frontend performance using code splitting and caching.
Identify and resolve memory leaks and slow processing issues.
DevOps & Deployment
Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
Deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ensure logging and monitoring for production environments.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
Communicate technical challenges clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate across teams to align feature delivery timelines.
Security & Compliance
Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT).
Follow industry standards for data encryption and API security.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and company security policies.
Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in full stack development.
Proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular and backend frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
Solid understanding of RESTful & GraphQL APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and authentication mechanisms.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance bottlenecks.
