About this Role
This is a great opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in fraud operations through the Winter 2026 term. As a part of the broader Strategic Operations team, you will learn how the business works and have a direct impact on the customer experience. There will be opportunities to assist special projects. This internship is a good fit for a student with foundational business knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for working with people!
Challenges You'll Solve
- Review customer accounts in order to compile compelling evidence for customer disputes
- Assess data to gather insights on customer behavior and identify opportunities
- Monitor Fraud Dashboards to ensure we’re being proactive in our fraud mitigation efforts
- Opportunity to participate in special projects related to fraud and chargebacks
About You
- You are a post-secondary student, studying business or finance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 work terms/internships successfully completed
- Experience with data analysis preferred
- You have a passion for people, processes, and systems
- You have a strong work ethic with a desire to contribute to a fast-growing startup
- You are a critical thinker and problem-solver
- You have the ability to learn quickly, paired with the desire to work hard
