Who Should Join?We’re looking for product leaders who are:

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and execution from 0 to 1
Conduct user research and customer discovery to validate product-market fit
Develop MVPs, iterate quickly, and scale successful features based on feedback
Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership teams to bring products to life
Own roadmap planning, prioritization, and agile development cycles
Establish metrics and KPIs to track product success and engagement
Drive go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and competitive differentiation
Create specifications, wireframes, and user stories to guide development
Influence company growth strategy and business decisions through data-driven insights
While each startup has its own hiring criteria, many founding product manager roles in our network look for:
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably at an early-stage startup
Experience launching 0 to 1 products, building MVPs, and iterating based on user feedback
Strong ability to synthesize user research, data, and market insights into product decisions
Comfortable working with agile development, sprints, and cross-functional teams
Experience defining product roadmaps and feature prioritization frameworks
Strong understanding of customer psychology, UX, and data-driven product iteration
Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to track engagement
Experience with SaaS, AI, fintech, marketplaces, or developer tools is a plus

Design & Prototyping: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, InVision
Collaboration & Documentation: Slack, Notion, Confluence, Miro, Loom
