The Founding Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for enterprise customers, focusing on regulated industries and driving long-term account growth.
About Rime
Rime builds enterprise-grade voice models that sound truly human — trusted by global telcos, healthcare systems, and leading brands to power billions of real customer interactions. Our mission is to set the standard for natural, controllable, and privacy-preserving voice AI.
We’re an early-stage team backed by top investors, growing quickly as enterprises adopt AI voice across customer experience, automation, and accessibility use cases.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our large customers — from prospecting and deal execution to long-term account growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, loves building from zero, and is excited to help define how Rime’s voice AI technology is deployed across industries.
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire enterprise sales motion — pipeline generation, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close.
- Target and acquire new enterprise customers, focusing on regulated industries like telco, healthcare, and financial services.
- Develop deep account relationships with decision-makers across partnerships, AI/automation, product, and procurement.
- Drive renewals and expansions, ensuring sustained adoption and scaling of Rime’s voice models.
- Represent Rime externally, helping establish our brand presence with enterprise buyers, partners, and industry events.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or AI sales, with a proven record of closing $250K+ ACV deals.
- Experienced selling to technical and executive buyers in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding and curiosity of developer products, APIs, or AI models
- A builder — you bring structure, creativity, and urgency to a fast-moving startup context.
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves — from outbounding to contract redlines to product demo feedback.
- Deep curiosity for AI, speech, or machine learning technologies (prior domain experience a plus).
- Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly and operates with integrity.
Why Join Rime
- Be an early commercial leader shaping how enterprises adopt AI voice at scale.
- Work directly with world-class engineers, linguists, and founders defining a new AI category.
- Competitive compensation package with meaningful equity and performance upside.
- High ownership, zero bureaucracy, and a culture that rewards impact over process.
