Position Overview:The Financial Planning Analyst will work with the regional finance teams, to prepare and support the preparation of financial analysis and reporting for the global results.

· For this position, the expected salary range is between $60,000 and $80,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.

Job Description:
- Prepares reports and/or supports the preparation of analysis accurately and on a timely basis.
- Prepares and/or supports team members with financial models to support various requests, such as free cash flow analysis, revenue models, profit margin analysis, and the impact of regulatory changes.
- Assists/supports in preparation of ad hoc financial analysis.
- Performs research as requested.
- Performs and/or supports peer checks for accuracy and completeness of reports and presentations
- Prepares and supports the completion of monthly/quarterly reporting packages and presentations for the leadership team as well as internal and external customers
- Prepares and/supports variance analysis on the company’s financial and commercial results and commentary
- Prepares and/supports the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external customers
- Accountable for completion of recurring and ad hoc analysis and various presentations to both internal and external customers.
Education & Experience:
- A Bachelors’ degree in Finance or related degree; working towards a professional designation (CPA, MBA); understanding of IFRS
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong financial, reporting and analytical skills with the eye for detail while retaining the larger view.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of IFRS (international financial reporting standards)
Soft Skills:
- Must be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Excellent time management skills: prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting aggressive deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
- Strong aptitude for systems, such as Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables; experience PowerBI, report development software a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Must possess a high standard of expectations in quality output
- Must be eager to develop and grow as a highly motivated team player
