Main responsibilities:

This role provides a holistic financial support to the local CHC BU by:

  • Monitoring & controlling the short and mid-term business financial performance in close relationship with the SOCOPAC Zone and EULA Finance CHC Teams
  • Monitoring the overall Finance operational performance of his/her perimeter in coordination with the Finance Operations(SBS) & CoEs
  • Contributing to business strategy and related financial evaluations.
  • Together with ECCO GM, co-coordinate the Local Leadership Team.
  • Providing support to the Finance Operations teams in managing the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes through transparent information exchanges.
  • Making the necessary links with MCO/Regional stakeholders for the represented perimeter and contributing to BU transversal projects as required.
  • Being the process owner for budget and forecast.
  • Being responsible for the financial management of the CHC P&L
  • Co-piloting and challenge the business investments and resources allocation through the appropriate use of KPIs, prioritization measures and operational analysis
  • Streamlining reporting process, working on tools improvements
  • Driving simplifications and efficiencies across the whole BU
  • Being the finance focal point for Enterogermina`s Zone Brand Lead, with a SOCOPAC overview and follow-up of brand performance, investment and launches

About you  

  • Experience:
    • +6 years of experience in a commercial controlling / finance business partner position
    • Experience in the FMCG or FMCH industry is required
    • Experience in working in a multinational or international environment is a plus
  • Soft and technical skills:
    • Excellent MS Excel skills, (experience with SAP is a plus.)
    • Strong analytical, communication and team-work skills
    • Capacity to work and deliver results under pressure
    • Capacity to influence the local and zone senior leadership team.
  • Education: University degree in Finance / Business / Economics / or Engineering
  • Languages: Fluency in English Language
