Role Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Requirements

  • Assist in financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Analyze key financial and operational data to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial models and reports to support management decisions.
  • Assist with cost analysis and profitability assessments for different business units.
  • Utilize Power Query and Power BI to automate and visualize financial data.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Working towards CPA or CFA certification is strongly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience with NetSuite (preferred) or other ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
