Finance - Senior Manager/Manager, Finance Integration & Projects

THE TEAM

The mission of the Finance Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

Aritzia is growing and our Finance Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the seamless integration of Finance-led and cross-functional initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in defining, maintaining, and upholding the standards of operational excellence of Finance-related initiatives and projects, leading the transformation of Finance functions to enable business scalability. THE ROLE

As the Sr. Manager / Manager, Finance Integration, Finance Projects, you will lead the team to:

• Implement business needs into the cross-functional initiatives that impact the Finance Division
• Ensure implemented initiatives existing lifecycles and processes, identifying optimization opportunities that enable scalability
• Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the Finance Division and represent Finance’s interests cross-functionally
• Connect and organize the Division with business-driven, simple, and relevant information
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
• Provide functional support as required, focusing on the tools and technology for consolidated payment integration

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Manager / Manager, Finance Integration, Finance Projects, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
  • Software implementations
  • Accounting or Sales Audit background
  • CPA designation is an asset
  • Project Management experience and/or designation is an asset
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
