As our new Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping HERE’s financial future.You’ll take ownership of long-term planning and financial processes across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. In this role, you report directly to the Sr. Director of FP&A.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed financial models that support HERE’s strategic and financial goals.
Turn complex data into clear, compelling write-ups and presentations for our C-level executives.
Partner closely with the Finance leadership team to prepare board materials, monthly management reporting, and other key presentations.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to guide critical business decisions across our global operations.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to keep us sharp and forward-looking.
Deepen your understanding of HERE—our products, markets, and internal organization—to spot issues early and communicate them effectively to senior management.
Build strong relationships not only within Finance but across HERE, becoming a trusted partner to key stakeholders throughout the business.

Who are you?What you bring to the table:
5–7 years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting. An MBA is a plus.
Deep expertise in strategic financial planning, modeling, and analysis—you’re confident working with complex data to drive insight.
You’re fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and you know your way around planning, forecasting, and reporting tools.
You know how to spot what matters in financial data and turn it into clear, persuasive recommendations.
You think strategically and plan ahead, offering sound advice that helps build a strong and forward-looking financial culture.
You’re a natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills—people trust and enjoy working with you.
You’re a clear communicator, both in writing and in conversation, able to connect with colleagues at all levels.
You take ownership, solve problems independently, and are always looking for ways to improve.
