- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers and markets within your assigned territory.
- Generate leads through various methods.
- Sales Presentations:
- Conduct product or service presentations to potential customers.
- Explain the benefits and features of the products or services to address customer needs.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve goals.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Gather market intelligence to make informed sales decisions.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Travel:
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend meetings, and events as required.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the features, benefits, and applications of the products or services offered.
- Provide training and information to customers as needed.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry. (but not compulsory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
