Company Description

The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), Event & Activation is responsible for aiding in the planning and execution of Red Bull’s regional Field Marketing initiatives, in an effort to bring local relevance to our global brand. Owned events, supported events, partnerships, and consumer activations will need to be prioritized and executed based on the requirements of the region and with the direction of their Field Marketing Manager. The Field Marketing Specialist is also required to program and operate our Red Bull Event Vehicles, incorporating them into both marketing and sales initiatives in their region. This person is ultimately committed to the goal of utilizing their planned marketing initiatives to deliver an outstanding Red Bull consumer experience at every opportunity in the field.

Job Description

SPORT & CULTURE MARKETING

Have an in-depth understanding of the regional sport & culture landscape, trends, and opportunities that exist across the region that will lead to business growth.

Project management: create and deliver Red Bull branded sport & culture events within the region.

Establish relationships with Opinion Leaders and Influencers who are credible across various sport & culture playgrounds. Give wiiings to great ideas and innovation.

Develop and maintain regional sport & culture marketing partnerships to drive brand relevancy and consumption.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Work alongside HQ specialists in both Marketing & Sales to best leverage regional and national initiatives in field, resulting in positive impression and experience for the consumer. 

Manage the Event Vehicle Program in collaboration with the Field Marketing Manager & National Sport Marketing team.

Support regional programming including Consumer Collecting & Collegiate marketing initiatives.

Effective budget management and forecasting for regional events, activations, and travel.

BUSINESS PLANNING

Create and implement a regional marketing plan that devises how to grow the business across the region through key partnerships and 3rd party events/activations.

Support the regional commercial leadership team with a strong annual business plan that pays into developing brand love and reach. 

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Event Marketing.

Strong local network across key sport and/or culture playgrounds (Traditional Sports, Motorsports, Ski/Snow, Gaming, Music, and Dance). 

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license. 

University Degree.

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $57,950 to $64,050. The actual base salary for this position may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location. At Red Bull, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company’s incentive plan. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
