It was the right call at the time: leading PMs was how you turned one person's judgment into a whole team's output. But the thing that made that trade worth it has flipped. A product person who builds and ships directly can now move faster, and have a larger impact, than the org they used to run.
We’re looking for someone who has operated in a Founder, C-suite, VP, or Director-level role and now wants to be back at the keyboard, owning a product area end to end, from first idea to launch.

- Owning a meaningful surface of Motion's product end-to-end, from strategy through launch, iteration, and scale.
- Moving from idea to shipped product by staying closer to the customer and the build than anyone else.

- Virtual: Day-to-day, we use Roam, an AI-powered virtual office platform that fosters spontaneous collaboration, drop into meetings or quick chats, and interact with colleagues for a simulated, "live" digital headquarters.
