ROLE SUMMARY

A magician is a person with exceptional skill in a particular area. As our General Manager, you'll be the strategic architect behind our operational excellence and the heartbeat of our business growth. This role is a unique blend of art, science, and technology, requiring a leader who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic industry while keeping the creative spirit alive. 

Reporting to the guy who started this crazy ride, you'll bridge the gap between dream-big ideation and getting-stuff-done execution while working with our talented team toward achieving our ambitious goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Drive operational excellence, ensuring our projects are delivered with unmatched quality and efficiency, fostering an environment where creativity and technology create magic.

• Ensure strategic objectives are translated into departmental actions, clearly focusing on achieving business growth and operational excellence.  

• We must ensure that our big-picture goals are broken down into actionable departmental plans, pushing us all toward new heights of business growth.

• Tune up our operational engine to ensure we're running smoothly, faster, and smarter across all departments.

• Act as the President's right hand in translating visionary goals into concrete strategies and actionable plans that propel Scarab Digital forward.

• Champion a culture of innovation where every team member is empowered to contribute to our success story.

• Develop and oversee the operational budget, ensuring our resources are laser-focused on what matters most to our business.

• Leveraging your industry savvy and connections to shine a spotlight on what makes Scarab Digital the place to be for cutting-edge digital production.

• We are looking for a leader who believes in building capacity instead of following a top-down hierarchical leadership model.
