The challenge

Adobe’s Enterprise Communications organization is a highly leveraged group working cross-functionally with the company’s senior field leadership and teams, as well with corporate functions such as global marketing, product business units, customer & employee experience, and finance.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Head of Executive Communications, Global Sales, the Manager, Executive Communications, Enterprise Sales is responsible for providing communications support to Adobe’s Enterprise Sales leadership team.

  • Responsible for the internal and external executive communications platform, strategies, and programs for Adobe’s Enterprise Sales Vice Presidents.
  • Serve as the trusted communications advisor to the VPs by showcasing a detailed understanding of the organization, company, industry, and competition.
  • Support VPs with written and verbal communications, including internal emails and external meetings.
  • Partner with the VPs to provide sophisticated, ongoing speaker and communication mentorship.
  • Develop presentation materials for internal and external audiences, simplifying complex technologies and market challenges.
  • Expand and refine the VPs’ external presence through thought leadership activities, including social media presence.

What you need to succeed

  • 7-10 years of executive communications, employee communications, and/or corporate communications experience.
  • College diploma or BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience providing executive communications support to senior business leaders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and sales in a communications practice.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated strength in working with a variety of global, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent creative and critical thinking.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with global teams and cultures.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $109,000 -- $210,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
