About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team based in Sydney, supporting the General Manager, Australia & New Zealand, and the Senior Leadership Team.

This pivotal role requires exceptional organisational capability, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a key role in enabling effective leadership, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the ANZ business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and optimise the General Manager’s diary, aligning schedules with business and customer priorities.
  • Support strategic business initiatives and key projects by coordinating inputs, timelines, and communications across the leadership team.
  • Plan and execute key business events, including national conferences, town halls, and leadership meetings.
  • Manage internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and leadership updates.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including report preparation, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and general office administration.
Ideally You Will Have
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work at pace and anticipate business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong digital capability and an agile approach to new systems and ways of working.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer industries.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to “read the room.”
  • Exposure to strategic communications and change initiatives.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated learning agility.
