ABOUT MONARK

Monark is a privately held investment and operating company with interests spanning healthcare, technology, logistics, real estate, and private investments across North America and Europe.

We build, acquire, and operate businesses that solve complex problems and create long-term value. To support the Office of the CEO, we are seeking an Executive Associate to work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. It is a high-trust, high-exposure position for someone who wants a front-row seat to leadership, entrepreneurship, investing, and business building.

THE ROLE

You will sit at the center of executive operations with visibility into strategic initiatives, investments, leadership decisions, and company-building activities.

One day you may be preparing briefing materials for a board meeting. The next, coordinating a cross-functional initiative, researching a new opportunity, solving a logistics challenge, or ensuring key priorities continue moving forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support

• Manage priorities, meetings, travel, and daily operating rhythm
• Prepare executive briefings, agendas, and follow-up actions
• Draft professional communications, presentations, and reports
• Ensure leadership is prepared for key meetings and events
• Manage information flow across multiple businesses and stakeholders

Strategic Projects

• Support initiatives across healthcare, technology, logistics, real estate, and investment operations
• Conduct research and prepare executive summaries
• Track deliverables and maintain accountability
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems
• Support operational reviews and process improvements
• Coordinate executive meetings, travel, and events

Stakeholder Management

• Interact professionally with executives, board members, advisors, investors, partners, and vendors
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Represent the Office of the CEO professionally

Systems & Productivity

• Leverage AI and technology tools to improve efficiency
• Utilize Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project management tools
• Continuously improve workflows and organizational effectiveness

WHO YOU ARE

You are proactive, resourceful, and organized.

You anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and take ownership from start to finish.

You are comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You can prepare a board package, coordinate travel, research an opportunity, or solve an operational issue with equal enthusiasm.

Most importantly, you make the people around you more effective.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-8 years of experience supporting executives, founders, entrepreneurs, family offices, consulting teams, or high-growth organizations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, technology, consulting, finance, private equity, venture capital, or professional services
• Experience supporting C-suite executives or boards
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
