Hexagon Mining solves surface and underground mine challenges with proven technologies for planning, operations, and safety. Our solutions address challenges across the entire mining process, and cover a broad spectrum of technologies from desktop and cloud software, to software-hardware systems deeply integrated into mining trucks, shovels, drills, and more. Our engineering team has offices in several nations around the world.

Purpose of Position:

The purpose of the Engineering Coordinator (EC) role is to support a high-performing engineering team that delivers valuable, technically sound solutions for Hexagon Mining customers. The EC reports to, and supports, the Engineering Manager (EM) or similar lead for a product, platform, or technology area. As directed by the EM, the EC role is focused on supporting and monitoring team and company processes including the engineering side of requirements management; technical project management, issue triage; recruiting; product release processes; and more.
