As our EMEA Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of assigned payrolls within the scope of the EMEA region. You will be completing payroll changes, on-and offboarding, banking requirements for salary and tax payments, month-end reconciliations, and time-and attendance administration. You will ensure timely resolutions to queries and provide additional project work support.
Accelerate value & make an impact by:

  • Ensuring payroll input is complete and accurate, covering: employee lifecycle events, benefits, time & attendance, specific equity and international assignments' transactions
  • Ensuring payroll is processed completely, timely and in accordance with country local requirements
  • Safeguarding payroll controls are executed timely and in line with agreed control framework
  • Timely completion of monthly/annual post-payroll activities including employee payroll/tax/social security payments and reporting submissions, payroll reconciliation with Accounting, etc.
  • Administering Time and Attendance: vacation policies, employees' entitlements, schedules, etc.
  • Effective collaboration with external providers and global team
  • Serving as point of contact for payroll/time and attendance related queries and concerns
  • Maintaining process/control documentation and performance metrics
  • Proposing processes/activities improvements


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-year of working experience in payroll is a must (Poland, Benelux and Nordics countries' knowledge would be advantage)
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel
  • Business fluency in Polish and English


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in any additional European language (Dutch, German, French, Hungarian, Czech, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Italian) would be an advantage.
