What you'll doYou'll design experiences that help Shopify brands generate more revenue.
Your work will include:
- designing high-converting landing pages
- designing A/B test variations
- creating marketing emails for selected clients
- turning CRO strategy into clean, effective designs
- collaborating with CRO Strategists, PMs, Developers, Copywriters, and Media Buyers
- designing within real Shopify constraints
You won't be expected to come up with a CRO strategy yourself.
Instead, you'll work alongside experienced CRO Strategists who will teach you how to think about conversion while you continuously improve your skills.
This is a performance role, not just a design role.
You're a great fit if you have- strong Figma skills
- experience designing marketing emails
- experience designing for eCommerce brands
- understanding of conversion-focused design principles
- agency experience (preferred)
- a portfolio showing marketing emails or landing pages
- a proactive mindset and high attention to detail
- Learn CRO directly from experienced Strategists
- Work on brands doing $200k–$4M/month in revenue
- Fully remote

Details
- Type: Full-time
- Trial: Paid probation period with test projects
- Location: Remote
- Reports to: Design Lead
- Compensation: $1,500–$2,000/month, depending on experience and location. Higher compensation is available for exceptional candidates.
