GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
As an entry-level Email Marketing professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to engage and communicate with patients through email campaigns. You will be responsible for executing email marketing strategies, managing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of email communications to targeted audiences. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing principles, basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 year of email marketing principles and best practices.
- Some experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Some experience or understanding of HTML/CSS for email template creation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce CRM, is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Email development:
- Code HTML/CSS email templates for promotional, transactional, and triggered email campaigns.
- Manipulate and edit existing HTML/CSS email templates and template modules.
- QA emails across a variety of email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) and devices to ensure consistent appearance and functionality.
- Ensure designs are accurately replicated in code and are tested on Litmus
- Manage QA for accurate deployment
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the content strategy team to execute email campaigns, including strategy, email creation, campaign planning, and deployment within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Project Management: manage projects including planning, task coordination, timelines, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and approval process.
Review monitoring: Provide timely and thoughtful responses to both positive and negative reviews, address concerns, complaints, or negative experiences promptly, share valuable insights or recurring issues identified from Google location reviews with internal teams.

Salary/ Wage Range
$56,500.00 - $75,500.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
