As the Director of Sales - Multifamily Builder Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable sales growth and ensuring unparalleled customer service. This dynamic leader will strategically identify and seize opportunities within the Multi-Family and Apartment Replacement business channels, focusing relentlessly on enhancing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

As the Director of Sales, Multifamily Builder Team, you will
- Lead team to maintain, develop, and grow Key Account relationships.
- Manage Builder Sales division (Key Account Managers & Project Coordinators) through full project cycle.
- Create annual budget for the division.
- Drive profit opportunity execution.
- Execute MFB marketing budget for events and sponsorships.
- Authorized signatory for MFB contract management.
- Manage P&L for the MFB division.
- Create opportunities to land target accounts and grow networks within the MFB industry.
- Participate in community events to reflect the brand in the market.
- Develop new relationships with suppliers to improve MFB support.
- Drive managers and Purchasing to develop pricing management procedures for profitability and inventory turns.
- Strategize integration between MFB Rental and APT division for future growth.
- Analyze supplier pricing programs and propose changes to drive growth and profit.
- Implement structured KAM succession planning and recruitment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the MFB team.
- Support initiatives from other departments with effective change management leadership.
- Ensure collaboration between Sales, Logistics, Finance, Tech, Purchasing and Service to achieve company objectives.
To be successful in this role, you need
- 10+ years in profit management roles.
- 10+ years in a professional sales environment.
- 5+ years in B2B sales.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma.
- Experience in people management and driving KPIs.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Experience in conflict management and negotiations.

Work Environment
