Responsible for leading the development and implementation of our company-wide Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) processes. Responsible for designing, building, and executing integrated business planning processes that align our sales, operations, and category management functions to drive improved business performance and decision-making.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
•Design and implement comprehensive S&OP and demand planning processes across the organization, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, operational capabilities, and business objectives.
•Establish standardized planning cycles, including meeting cadences, reporting requirements, and decision-making frameworks.
•Develop and maintain S&OP policies, procedures, and best practices documentation.
•Lead the change management effort required for successful process adoption across all stakeholder groups.
•Partner with Sales, Operations, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to integrate their planning processes and create a unified view of business performance.
•Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and successful execution of S&OP initiatives. Facilitate executive S&OP meetings and drive consensus on key business decisions.
•Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on S&OP best practices and methodologies.
•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of S&OP processes and drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
•Lead the implementation of selected S&OP tools and systems. Develop training programs for system users and maintain system documentation.

Work Environment

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
- Hybrid and Remote Opportunities Available Based on Location. Eligible candidates residing in the greater Atlanta area will be asked to work 2x a week in our new Headquarters.
Education and Experience
-
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally, 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.
