How You'll Make An Impact
This role will support the lifeblood of Boomi’s Growth Strategy, our Sales and Supporting Orgs. This leader will
oversee a team of 6 individuals, who are specifically aligned to the major GTM Growth Pillars of
Marketing/BDR, Commercial and Enterprise Sales & Channel. This role, and team, are responsible for
delivering real-time insights, data, and process execution to ensure our GTM leaders have everything they need
to execute on a daily basis. You’ll have exposure and opportunity to support our 20% growth trajectory and be
able to have visibility into and influence of Lead to Booking process flows
What You'll Do
- Interact w/ GTM Leaders daily to understand the dynamics of their business and bring ideas and insights
- You’ll fashion processes, content and support to ensure our GTM runs as efficiently as possible
- You’ll support a mature, experienced and high performing team, who have all been in seat for >1.5yrs.
- Work cross functionally to project manage the launch of critical initiatives and tie together critical areas for
success, such as pipeline councils, sales forecasts, strategic deal reviews and QBRs - Innovate new ways to improve yield on investment, and Go-To-Market (GTM) efficiency
- Find areas for efficiency and scale
- Define processes to oversee and manage Pipeline Reviews, Forecast Calls, Deal Inspection, activity

The Experience You Bring
- 7+ yrs Sales/Marketing Operations experience
- Highly organized, with project management experience, with a bias toward automation and scale
- Systems and automation oriented (Marketo, SFDC, Power BI, Sales Loft)
- Creative problem solver, leverage prior experience and logic to get the best, fastest, outcome possibl
- Experience as a motivating People Leader
- Strong analytical skills and mindset
- Bachelor’s degree
Bonus Points If You Have
- MBA
- Global leadership experience a plus
- Previous experience w/ SFDC, Clari, PowerBI, Gong
- Strong analytical and Excel skills

Compensation and Benefits
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver office ranges from $195,000- $240,000 CAD. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
