As Director, Product Marketing at Hiive, you’ll be responsible for defining and driving the product marketing strategy across our platform. You’ll lead a team and work cross-functionally to position Hiive as the go-to solution for secondary market innovation.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Owning Hiive’s product marketing function, from positioning and messaging to launch strategy and market adoption.

Developing and leading GTM strategies for new product initiatives, working closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Growth teams.

Conducting deep user and market research to shape product messaging and drive differentiation.

Overseeing positioning strategies to optimize adoption and user acquisition.

Leading competitive intelligence efforts to inform product and sales strategies.

Driving the creation of high-impact content, including case studies, whitepapers, and user enablement materials.

Partnering with Growth Marketing to develop campaigns that fuel pipeline growth.
Required Skills:

10+ years of product marketing experience.

Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies that drive revenue growth.

Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills.

Strong leadership and team management experience.

Expertise in enterprise and product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in tech, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS.

Familiarity with venture capital and startup.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
