As Director, Product Marketing at Hiive, you’ll be responsible for defining and driving the product marketing strategy across our platform. You’ll lead a team and work cross-functionally to position Hiive as the go-to solution for secondary market innovation. 

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning Hiive’s product marketing function, from positioning and messaging to launch strategy and market adoption.

  • Developing and leading GTM strategies for new product initiatives, working closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Growth teams.

  • Conducting deep user and market research to shape product messaging and drive differentiation.

  • Overseeing positioning strategies to optimize adoption and user acquisition.

  • Leading competitive intelligence efforts to inform product and sales strategies.

  • Driving the creation of high-impact content, including case studies, whitepapers, and user enablement materials.

  • Partnering with Growth Marketing to develop campaigns that fuel pipeline growth.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies that drive revenue growth.

  • Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management experience.

  • Expertise in enterprise and product-led growth (PLG) strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in tech, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS.

  • Familiarity with venture capital and startup.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

  • Experience scaling product marketing teams in a fast-growth environment.
