We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to define and drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and storytelling for CoreWeave's Agentic AI platform. This is a highly visible, high-impact leadership role at the center of one of the fastest-evolving categories in AI — helping the world's most ambitious builders understand why CoreWeave is the essential infrastructure for deploying, scaling, and operationalizing agentic AI systems. You'll shape how we position CoreWeave's inference capabilities, platform tooling, and underlying compute for agentic workloads, and partner closely with product, sales, and field marketing to turn that narrative into campaigns, sales plays, and customer proof points that drive adoption and pipeline.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Positioning, Messaging & Narrative Development
- Lead the development of CoreWeave's positioning as the premier infrastructure platform for agentic AI, spanning inference, orchestration, and developer tooling
- Create messaging frameworks and audience-specific value propositions targeting AI Leaders, ML Platform Engineers, CTOs, AI Engineers, and AI Researchers
- Build compelling narratives around CoreWeave's core differentiation for agentic workloads: high-throughput multi-model inference, low-latency serving, persistent storage for long-horizon tasks, and network fabric optimized for agent pipelines
- Translate technical platform capabilities into accessible stories anchored in real customer outcomes and business impact
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
- Design and execute go-to-market programs targeting AI-native companies, enterprises, and leading research labs building and deploying agentic AI systems
- Build and maintain use-case playbooks aligned to the highest-value agentic workloads: autonomous coding agents, multi-agent reasoning pipelines, AI-powered automation, and real-time decision systems
- Develop sales enablement materials — first-call decks, competitive battlecards, and executive narratives — equipping field sellers to lead technical and strategic conversations with AI buyers
- Partner with demand generation to define campaign strategy, measure pipeline influence, and optimize for target account penetration
- Support major event activations including Fully Connected, NVIDIA GTC, NeurIPS, AI Engineer World's Fair, and MLCommons benchmarking
Ecosystem & Partner GTM
- Build and execute joint GTM programs with key partners in the agentic AI ecosystem: agent framework providers, model providers, and complementary AI tooling companies
- Define CoreWeave's role in the emerging agentic stack, positioning the platform as foundational infrastructure that partners build on and enterprises rely on
- Collaborate with technology alliances and business development to shape partner-facing messaging, integration narratives, and co-marketing programs
Customer Evidence & Thought Leadership
- Build and scale a customer proof program featuring case studies and reference customers across AI labs, enterprises, and high-growth AI startups deploying agents in production, in partnership with the customer marketing lead
- Partner with analyst relations to establish CoreWeave's presence and voice in coverage of AI infrastructure, cloud for AI, and agentic AI trends
- Create and distribute thought leadership content — white papers, technical blogs, benchmark reports, webinars — that establishes CoreWeave as the authoritative voice on infrastructure for agentic AI
- Partner with PR and communications to amplify CoreWeave's story through press, influencer engagement, and keynote opportunities
Market & Product Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and customer research to identify emerging agentic AI infrastructure requirements and GTM opportunities
- Synthesize insights from customer conversations, POCs, and deployments to inform product roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategy
- Track the evolving agentic AI landscape — new model capabilities, agent frameworks, and enterprise adoption patterns — and translate findings into actionable positioning updates
- 10+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM roles in AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, and the technical demands of deploying large-scale AI systems in production
- Proven ability to develop narratives that bridge deep technical complexity and business impact for both technical and executive audiences
- Strong track record in GTM execution: campaign strategy, sales enablement, partner marketing, and pipeline-driven programs
- Demonstrated success building customer reference programs, thought leadership franchises, and analyst engagement strategies
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment with a builder mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Background in inference infrastructure, model serving, or AI platform products
- Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, orchestration systems, or multi-model deployment patterns
- Experience marketing to AI researchers, ML engineers, and AI platform teams
- Established relationships in the AI developer and research ecosystem
- Experience with developer-focused or open-source GTM motions
