About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Director to join our Business Leadership team, playing a key leadership role within the customer experience product group. The ideal candidate will have experience setting strategy to boldly improve customer experience, and delivering products that meet business objectives. This is a leadership role that will require strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define the strategic direction for our portfolio and prioritize product initiatives based on business objectives and user needs.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with the company's overall strategy and vision.
• Lead cross functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, and operations through the delivery of multiple initiatives concurrently, from discovery to iterative releases and insight generation, with a balanced approach of trading off speed to market with risk management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
• Hire, train, and mentor product managers and other team members to build a high-performing product organization.
• Ensure that all products comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or relevant field
• 7+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile environment and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; ability to make data-driven decisions and provide recommendations to drive action
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional team
• Technical and design knowledge to effectively discuss solutions with partners
