About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic direction for our portfolio and prioritize product initiatives based on business objectives and user needs.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with the company's overall strategy and vision.
- Lead cross functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, and operations through the delivery of multiple initiatives concurrently, from discovery to iterative releases and insight generation, with a balanced approach of trading off speed to market with risk management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
- Hire, train, and mentor product managers and other team members to build a high-performing product organization.
- Ensure that all products comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or relevant field
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile environment and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; ability to make data-driven decisions and provide recommendations to drive action
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional team
- Technical and design knowledge to effectively discuss solutions with partners
