About You:
As the Director of Product Management and UX at Knix, you are a strategic leader with a unique blend of expertise in product management and user experience design. You are passionate about creating customer-centric solutions that drive both exceptional user experiences and business outcomes. With a strong foundation in e-commerce, product strategy, and user-centered design, you excel at translating customer insights into actionable product innovations. You thrive in cross-functional environments, where you can lead teams through collaboration, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research initiatives to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Use insights to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for UX and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap, aligning features with business goals, user needs, and market trends to drive growth and optimize conversion.
  • Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and information architectures to create seamless and cohesive digital experiences.
  • Oversee the development of engaging, user-friendly interfaces, defining interaction patterns, animations, and visual elements that enhance usability and user satisfaction.
  • Partner with technology, marketing, and creative teams to align UX and product objectives with broader business and customer goals. Lead collaborative sessions to refine and iterate on features and designs.
  • Implement ongoing usability testing and feedback loops to continuously improve product features and UX designs through iterative enhancements.
  • Manage and evolve Knix’s component library, digital style guides, and UX guidelines to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
  • Leverage user research, analytics, and A/B testing to inform design and prioritization decisions, focusing on increasing conversion rates, AOV, and customer engagement.
  • Own the digital product roadmaps for Knix and Knixteen, driving customer-centric features that support business strategies and operational needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and UX professionals, providing direction, motivation, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in product management, design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in product management, UX/UI design, and user research, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies aligned with business and user goals.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and Lean UX, with hands-on experience in product roadmapping.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, and familiarity with product management platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring product and UX talent.
  • Data-driven mindset, with expertise in A/B testing, user research, and analytics to guide product decisions.
