Reporting to the CMO, the Director of Marketing Operations, will play a key role in the marketing function to develop, implement and optimize systems and processes to drive growth, efficiency and scalability. In this role, you will oversee marketing program and campaign operations; demand funnel definitions, metrics, conversions and processes; data, reporting and analytics; digital and web operations; and our supporting MarTech and automation technology. You will be deeply aligned with the marketing functions, translating business outcomes and requirements to effective and efficient systems and processes. You will work closely with Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, IT/Systems, and Finance to align and integrate marketing operations throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated self-starter, a strong communicator, have a passion for leading change and alignment, with strong attention to detail!

Responsibilities

  • Demand Funnel: Develop, manage, and optimize processes and analytics to increase qualified pipeline, working closely with the Demand, Growth and SDR teams to align on goals and KPIs.
  • Performance Reporting & Analytics: Lead marketing performance reporting, including demand funnel conversions and return on investment analysis, to provide actionable insights and guide strategic planning.
  • Budget & Resource Optimization: Support marketing budget allocation, monitoring and optimization, ensuring resources are used efficiently to achieve key growth objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, SDR, Systems, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and drive integrated campaigns and programs.
  • Process & Change Management: Design, document, and implement efficient processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous improvement across marketing and sales operations.
  • Technology Integration: Manage and optimize our current MarTech stack, with a focus on Salesforce and HubSpot. Lead the integration of automation systems planned for 2025 to improve scalability and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing ops leadership experience
  • Salesforce, HubSpot and 6Sense experience
  • Experience in supporting enterprise sales motions and ABX marketing
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while running multiple projects at once
  • Excellent proactive written and verbal communication skills
