We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as the Director of Field Marketing! Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, this new role will be pivotal in leading the strategy and execution of high-impact field marketing initiatives and ABM campaigns, directly supporting the company’s revenue growth goals. The ideal candidate will build and lead a global team of field marketers with a deep understanding of sales-focused marketing. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, tactical execution, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:Field Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and lead field marketing strategies that support revenue growth, focusing on high-impact regional and vertical-specific campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and channel teams to implement joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, using field activities to support pipeline creation and deal acceleration.
  • Ensure that events (industry conferences, roundtables, etc.) are effectively driving pipeline and aligned with business goals.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Work closely with our digital team to create an omni-channel ABM strategy, collaborating with sales and marketing to identify and target key enterprise accounts.
  • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns that drive engagement and conversion at every stage of the buyer journey.
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine ABM tactics to increase pipeline growth, revenue, and target account penetration.

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define GTM plans and ensure tight alignment on goals and execution.
  • Develop scalable GTM motions that enhance pipeline generation, deal velocity, and revenue growth.
  • Support revenue teams by delivering targeted field programs that fuel growth across both direct sales and partnerships.

Revenue & Performance Ownership

  • Own and be accountable for achieving ambitious revenue targets, ensuring that marketing strategies are directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • Set and manage KPIs related to field marketing and ABM efforts, reporting regularly on campaign performance, return on investment, and revenue impact.
  • Continuously optimize marketing investments by analyzing pipeline data and market feedback to drive improvements in strategy.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor and scale the team, ensuring that all events and field marketing activities are strategically aligned with broader company goals.
  • Champion a high-performance culture within the team, driving teamwork and accountability.
  • Champion a data-driven and metrics-focused approach to marketing, ensuring that decisions are informed by data, insights, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, and enterprise marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience and a strong understanding of B2B mid-market and enterprise sales and buying behaviors.
  • Experience leading and scaling go-to-market strategies that directly impact revenue growth.
  • Strong background in event marketing and running large-scale events and field campaigns.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to drive alignment and results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive marketing decisions and optimizations.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performance marketing team.
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
