As a Director of Data Science, you will lead a team of Engineers and Data Scientists to develop innovative machine-learning solutions that enhance our technology and user experience. What you'll do as a Director, Data Science Engineering
- Deliver high-impact presentations using storytelling and data visualization to clearly convey progress, challenges, and business impact to executives.
- Translate a strategic vision into actionable, detailed roadmaps that drive technical innovation and operational excellence across all domain areas.
- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams of Data Scientists and ML Engineers, ensuring a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps practices, automated experimentation frameworks, and scalable infrastructure to support high-impact data science solutions.
- Act as a key liaison between your team and other critical functions including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to ensure integrated solutions that support customer-centricity and operational efficiency.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 220,800.00 USD - 276,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
